Kitten Pricing and General Info Including WAITLIST

SHORTHAIR/LONGHAIR waitlist for our end of year litter will be opening March 1st.
First come first serve basis. Limited spots.
Waitlist is capped early on. Then once kittens reach 4 weeks old, if we have more kittens than people , we will re-open the waitlist with always 1-2 extra kittens so that the last person has a few to choose from. Any kittens remaining after the waitlist will be posted here and Instagram but it is very rare for us to have any remaining and they usually last 1-2 days at most.
We do receive many messages and will hand pick those families who stand out and have read all details provided on our website.
Please give us roughly 3 business days to return messages as life is VERY BUSY with fur family duties and veterinarian job.

2026 Pricing
SHORT AND LONG HAIRS : 3k
$300 deposit for waitlist position which is applied towards the total kitten price
remaining deposit to equal half of the total kitten price due when you choose your exact kitten at 7-8 weeks old (1500-300waitlist deposit = 1200 due)
second half of kitten cost due when we meet/kitty goes home (1500)
2027 ANTICIPATED PRICING:
3300 for longhair
3200 for shorthair
HEALTH TESTING
All parents are tested for and cleared of
FELV/FIV
parasites (extensive PCR fecal performed every 3 months)
HCM via echocardiogram with boarded vet cardiologist
PKD as well as other genetic markers
PICK OF THE LITTER/HOLD BACKS TO MONITOR FOR OUR BREEDING PROGRAM:
usually available around 6-8 months old , $3500 due to show/breeding quality. We do not sell breeding rights. These are chunky babies that we felt were the VERY best and worth monitoring and holding back. IF we decide not to keep one then they will be available to very special families.
REHOMING FACTS:
12 weeks old
vaccinated at least twice
empirically dewormed for all intestinal parasites
flea/tick/heartworm prevention application
spay/neuter contract by 5 months old, we believe there are benefits to waiting and not performing super early spay/neuter but beneficial to spay/neuter before maturity to avoid unwanted behaviors.
prim and proper gift bag including foods/toys/treats/supplements
blanket with mama's scent
health/vaccine documents, medical record
huge pdf file with products we love/use will be emailed to you when choosing your kitten
Veterinarian written tips/tricks/general wellness/toxins/common cat medical information
We are always available if any questions or concerns arrive.
We LOVE updates and have created many special relationships over the years
SOCIALIZATION:
grooming , nail trims, baths as needed (not usually required for adult cats but kittens can be messy)
cat carriers played in daily
vacuuming, cleaning, you name it (our cats love the vacuum and flock to it)
dogs, cats, kids, family members
they are raised under foot as part of our family
HUSBANDRY:
Our cats are free roam with the exception of the boys having their own jungle gym room for when the girls are in heat.
But, they are still let out to be with us when not sleeping or gone.
Kittens and mamas have a private nursery room (for peace and quiet) where they begin in their own welping boxes, then transition to LARGE playpens until it is safe for them to free roam the nursery with TONS of cat walls and swings.
Once a little older: free roam of the house when we are home/not sleeping. Tucked into their nursery for safety at bedtime and or if we leave the house (very rarely)
They are with us almost all of the time. They receive TONS of attention are INCREDIBLY AFFECTIONATE kittens because of this
WE DO NOT PERSONALLY FLY RIGHT NOW (unless to Phoenix).
MUST PICK UP AT DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT IF OUT OF STATE
we will meet you at denver international airport and coordinate a day for pick up with you
you book your flight and then call the airline carrier to RESERVE YOUR KITTEN(S) spot so they are guaranteed on the flight (at your feet/in the cabin)

We NO LONGER allow home visits for safety of our kittens to avoid bringing in infectious disease but do share many videos and photos.
Facetime is available for serious inquires ONLY if you have any concerns about our legitimacy. We do not frequently facetime to just visit with kittens since we do have very busy schedules.
TRAVEL REMINDER AS THIS IS MISSED OFTEN
We meet clients in the Denver area (if local) and at Denver International Airport if traveling from out of state.
Traveling by plane is very simple and our kittens have carriers they play in daily.
We are not currently flying kittens to owners (except occasional Phoenix flight).
You must fly to Denver International Airport to pick kitty up.
Please remember that our kitties are our family members and this is not a means to monetize our cats. We do not believe in high volume or cutting corners. I am a veterinarian and will always prioritize their health first. Our kitties are health tested and only bred at most once a year. We love the breed and do our very best to preserve the breed so that others can enjoy them too!
